Due to some crazy restrictions in my version of WinRAR, I can only create RAR files (the files you download) of sizes up to 5 MB. Since I have many, many characters that are far bigger than 5 MB, I've had to get a bit creative with some of these files. So here is the procedure for downloading multiple-file characters:
1: Click the first link underneath the character's name, then download and open the file as normal. You will have a folder containing some of the character's files, usually the .def file and as many others as I can cram in. Extract this to your MUGEN's char folder.
2: Click the next link, download, and open. Instead of a folder, you will just find files. These are the rest (or more of) the character's files that wouldn't fit in the first archive. Extract these files to the character folder that you extracted in step 1.
3: Repeat step 2 as many times as needed.
When all is said and done, your character should work. Enjoy! And we apologize for the inconvienience XD
