Character Description: One of the most powerful villians from the Dragon Ball Z universe, Frieza first gained infamy by slaughtering the people of the planet Namek. In MUGEN however, Frieza is merely average. His special attacks do a decent amount of damage, but he doesn't live up to his fearsome reputation.
Stratagies: Playing as Frieza is much better than fighting him. He is actually fairly fast and powerful. Use your teleportation to get behind an enemy attack, and utilize his dashes to run circles around the enemy. If backed into a corner by an aggressive enemy, use his counter: duck, block, and press the teleport button. If timed correctly, Frieza will teleport behind the enemy and blow him up. It costs some power to use though.
While Fighting: Keep hitting him. Frieza, like many of Choujin's characters, spends much of his time power-charging - even if he's trapped in a corner! However, always be careful of a surprise attack, especially after he's fully charged.
Special Abilities: Teleport, Air Dash, Power Charge, Counter
Glitches: None, as far as I can tell.
AI: Not the best in the world, but he gets much smarter when fully charged and can use a variety of nasty super moves against you. He's also fairly good at getting behind you and hitting you. Level 2 out of 3.
Cheapness: Very little/none. In fact, you might feel like a cheap shot for hitting him while he charges! 1/10.

Extra Notes: Frieza, like many DBZ characters, speaks Japanese, and his readme file is almost totally...unreadable. So spend some time in practice mode to learn his moves.
Bottom Line: Get it, especially if you're a DBZ fan. Choujin's DBZ characters are some of the best I've seen.
