Ok, for all those who are new at downloading MUGEN files, here's a quick rundown on what to do.
1: First, you will need WinRAR or some other unzipping program. Search the Internet to find it. You can get a free version. Download and install it before moving on.
2: Click the link, which will take you to Megaupload. Near the top of the screen, enter the 3-letter character prompt into the designated text box. You will then have to wait about 45 seconds to use the free download.
3: When you click the download button, choose "Open". The file will download and open in WinRAR. Select the folder in the archive and extract it to your character folder for MUGEN.
4: All done!
